 Returns

Doppelganger Homes returns policy gives you an option to return items purchased on Doppelganger Homes website for any reason within the 3 (Three) calendar days from the date you received it. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. Returns are not accepted for customized / personalized products.

 Please follow the below steps

• Pack the product in original packing as received. Use additional protective cover if needed to avoid damages.
• We will arrange the product pickup from the same address where the product was delivered.
• We will e-mail a courier label, you have to take print on white plane paper and stick on the courier package.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate process to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible.

It will take about 10-15 days based on courier return and credit card issuer’s policies.

Return Exceptions

1. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Buyer has to pay for the two-way courier charges to again deliver the unapproved return product.
2. Products purchased in Clearance deal or Sale: These products can also be returned but buyer has to pay for the courier charges.

Cancellation Policy

If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he will be entitled to a 100% refund. In case the product is shipped then the policy as mentioned above will be applicable. Refunds will be processed within 7 days.

In case of customized / personalized products, cancellation would not be allowed after 24 hours of order placement.
